Privacy Policy

This policy describes what Royal Atoms Pharmacy (“we,” “us”) collects through this website (https://royalatoms.com) and how we use it. It does not cover the separate Notice of Privacy Practices that we provide in the pharmacy, which describes how we handle protected health information when filling prescriptions.

We only collect information you choose to give us. Specifically:

• Refill requests: patient name, date of birth, phone, email (optional), prescription numbers, pickup vs. delivery, delivery address (if applicable), and any notes you include.
• Transfer requests: patient name, date of birth, phone, email (optional), your previous pharmacy’s name and phone, the medications you’d like transferred, optional insurance information, and any notes.
• Contact form messages: your name, email, optional phone, the topic you selected, and your message.
• Site analytics: aggregate, anonymous page-view counts via Cloudflare Web Analytics. No cookies, no IP addresses, no fingerprinting. We can see things like “the home page got 200 views this week” but not who visited.

We do not use advertising trackers, social-media pixels, or third-party cookies on this site.

Information from the forms is delivered by email to royalatomspharmacy@gmail.com so our pharmacy team can act on your request: filling a refill, calling another pharmacy to transfer your prescriptions, or replying to your message. We don’t use this information for marketing.

We use a small set of services to actually run the site:

• Cloudflare hosts the website and provides the privacy-respecting analytics described above.
• Resend delivers the email when you submit a form. The email lands in our pharmacy inbox and is then retained according to our standard pharmacy record-keeping practices.
• Cloudflare Turnstile may verify that you aren’t a bot when you submit a form. Turnstile does not use tracking cookies.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it with healthcare providers (e.g. your previous pharmacy or your prescriber) only as needed to fulfill the request you submitted.

Form submissions live in our pharmacy email and patient records under the same retention rules we use for any other pharmacy communication. You can ask us to delete a non-PHI form submission at any time by emailing royalatomspharmacy@gmail.com. Records related to filled prescriptions are kept as long as state and federal pharmacy law requires.

You can use the website without filling out any form. If you’d rather not submit information online, you can always call us at 832-974-4915 or stop by the pharmacy during open hours.

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If a parent or guardian fills out a form on behalf of a minor patient, we handle that information the same way we would for an adult patient.

If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be flagged in the pharmacy.
